We send parcels to UK destinations via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class or DPD with delivery usually within 2 working days from despatch (maybe longer for Highland and island destinations).

Our products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. Orders shipped to destinations outside the UK may incur duties and taxes. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Deborah Colman Designs. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing their order.
All our products are made-to-order and cannot be refunded. However, if the product is damaged on receipt please contact us as soon as possible (firstname.lastname@example.org) and return the damaged goods in their original packaging to the following address: Deborah Colman Designs, 17 Albert Street, London NW1 7LU. Please include the delivery note with your goods and a clear explanation of the reasons for return. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending them to you and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us.
